Yet you dare raise your voice and
hand on her
Who are you to judge or criticize
her
Who made you her moral superior
Do you think her endurance got no
limit?
Can’t you see the tears behind the
disguise of her laughter
There is worry behind every
satisfaction of hers
Do you know the insecurity she
feels within?
Hers is a disguised strength
And she hopes on you for
confidence.
If you treat her this way
What then do you expect a stranger
to do with her?
She walks miles in it
Yet you feel no pity for her
Put yourself in her shoes
Let see if you can take a step
You will prefer to even go bare
footed
Why then do you make her feel
worthless?
She is loyal enough to be a subject
Why reduce her to an object?
Like that is not enough for you
You treat her like an inanimate
She screams and cries
And you show no concern
You’ve refuse to heed her call for
your care
Do you feel she deserve it?
What heart have you?
A human or a beast?
Forget about equality
Show her simple courtesy.
Instead you have sworn to pieces
her
For what reason, will she remain
loyal?
I don’t call it cheating, and never
will
She searches a greener pasture
Who dread the feeling of love?
And who is ok to be trampled on?
With your attitude towards her
You still feel it is your right to
call her stupid
Well maybe you, just, are
projecting yourself on her…
Treat her, if not like a queen, at
least like a human
Be her a stranger, a friend, a
lover, an ex or whatever
If not let her be
She can manage her show without
you.
